About Fresh Random Civ Picker

Fresh Random Civ Picker, web version

Created by Carl Nordenbrink, alias Hjörleif. Also available as a desktop app.

Custom civ pool, draw log and user settings are saved in this browser only. Share links carry a copy of the custom civ pool, and optionally of this round's draws.

In short: Age of Empires II belongs to Microsoft. This picker is a fan project. Microsoft didn't make it and doesn't support it.

Age of Empires II © Microsoft Corporation. Fresh Random Civ Picker was created under Microsoft's "Game Content Usage Rules" using assets from Age of Empires II and Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with Microsoft.

Help

How it works

This page picks a civilisation, or civ, for you to play in Age of Empires II.

Press Draw to get a civ. Each civ in your civ pool comes up once before any civ comes up again. The draws until then are called a round.

Press Reset to start a new round. Undo, in the Civs menu, takes back your last change. Redo puts it back.

The Log tab lists the civs you have drawn, newest first. It also lists the civs that are left in this round.

On the Civ Pool tab, pick the edition of the game you play. Then tick the civs you want. Only ticked civs can be drawn.

Your civ pool, your log and your options are saved in this browser. A share link gives the same civ pool to someone else.
